Default Distance Running

How much distance running is there in basic training? I'm looking for as un-ambiguous an answer as possible (distances, frequencies of runs) I am trying to decide between Golani and Totchanim. I am a former college rugby player and I am used to High Intensity Interval Training but pure running for 20-30 minutes (or more) without stopping has always been my achilles heel. If I join Golani am I going to be kicking myself a few weeks in? What about totchanim? Please don't mistake my question for naivety. I know the military will be difficult. That's one of the major reasons I want to join - to learn, grow, improve, strengthen myself physically mentally, etc. but if the answer to the question is that golani makes you run 10km 4x a week...idk I might consider an alternative. Thank you in advance for your help.

No idea. You could try asking over at IDF Mahal forums.
The wisdom of the ancients has been taught by the philosophers of Greece, but also by people called Jews in Syria, and by Brahmins in India

Why is it that on June 4th 1967 I was a Jordanian and overnight I became a Palestinian? - Walid Shoebat, PLO terrorist
