Unification of Albanian states by 2010.

The goal and the strategy of Albanian separatists were defined since early 1878, when the first meeting of the Prizren League was held.
It was then decided to work on creation of a great Albania on the expense of several other Balkans states.
Some of the key documents that have defined and justified the creation of “Great Albania” are: The “memorandum” of Kosovo Albanian intellectuals’ forum, dated 26 October 1996, and the platform on resolving the Albanian national issue, by the Albanian academy of sciences and arts-Tirana, which was drafted in summer 1998. And the “Memorandum” translated into English and disseminated all over the world.

According to the “Memorandum” the ultimate goal of Albanians is their unification to a single sovereign Albanian state. Albanian people are split into five different states and that the only way to resolve the Albanian cause is unification of Albanians into a single state.
According to the concept of Albanian academy of sciences and arts, the struggle for creation of “Great Albania” will be carried out as follows:
  • In the first phase, Kosovo, Presevo, Bujanovc and Medvege will become a republic. Albanians have to offer some guarantee that this republic will be open to Serbian and to Albania at the same time, meaning it will be a factor of stability in the region.

Americans supported by Brits, and the silent tone of Germany, France and Italy will by any cost impose their own solution to Kosovo.
The American cynicism is that in this situation they offer Belgrade to take its responsibility and play a constructive role in participation on negotiation for the final status of Kosovo, though they have already predicted what that final status would be like.
Americans are keeping quite as the independence of Kosovo will be very damaging for the Serbian role in Balkans.
Taking all this into consideration, any kind of territorial compensation is out of question.
  • The problem of Macedonian Albanians who make up 35% of its population will be resolved in one the following ways:
Macedonia should either become a state of two nationalities (Albanians should have the same rights as Macedonians) something like Austro-Hungarian, or Albanians in Macedonia will create an autonomous province there.
  • The Albanian issue in Montenegro will be resolved as that part of the territory populated by ethnic Albanians (Plava, Gusinje, Rozaje) called north-west Kosovo should become an independent autonomous province, with Ulcinj as capital city.
Albanians in Montenegro make up only 8% of the total population, but allegedly they don’t enjoy their civil rights.
  • In Greece, the number of Albanians is greater than officially admitted, so in order to please them, Albanian schoolchildren should be allowed to write and read in their own language. In the secondary schools they should be allowed to learn about Albanian history. All this with the purpose that those Albanians expelled in 1945 could return home and then the borders of Albania would be from Nis, in north to Epirus, in south.

Encouraged by the support of one part of international community and the open support of America and NATO, Albanian political and military terrorist leaders based in Prishtina and Tirana in 2004, came up with their strategy and plans to put in place the goal for creation of “Albanian ethnical territory”.
Albanian paramilitary formations gathered around the terrorist organization “Albanian National Army”, together with their political wing the “National committee for liberation of occupied territories” defined in 2004.
Their goal, is independence for Kosovo( complete separation from Serbian, federalization of Macedonia ( north east part would belong to Albanians) and unification of Albanians through Balkan federalization ( federation or union of Albanian states), which is the concept for “Great Albania”.
This concept would be carried out in several phases:
It is planned that Kosovo would become independent by 2005-2006. The federalization of Macedonia would be completed by 2007, while the Albanian union would be materialized by 2010 as a principle of European Union
As part of this new state are planned to be : Kosovo, north and central Serbia, south Montenegro, northwest Macedonia northwest Greece and north Bulgaria.

In October, 2005, “Albanian front for national unification”, the political wing of the terrorist organization “National Liberation Army” in a statement of the “department for diplomacy” warned that Albanian territories are not only those controlled by the UN (Kosovo) but also other territories under Serbian and other countries’ occupation.
And those territories are: Eastern Kosovo, Presevo, Bujanovc and Medvege, Toplica down to Toplica valley in Macedonia.
It was further stated that all the mentioned territories have always been, are and will remain Albanian.

Ahtisari Is an American emissary
Americans have openly supported the plan of Marty Ahtisari, now the question is who dares raises any doubts about it in the contact group but the Russians.
Such a strategy was made official in mid January 2006, in the platform for the special status for Presevo valley.
This platform demands a solution to the unresolved Albanian issue in these territories and according to it Albanians would be granted a special status within Serbia, meaning that the south Serbian would be completely demilitarized. In this aspect, security would be completely in the hands of multiethnic police.
Presevo valley would also have special ties with Kosovo. Literally, Albanians want this part of territory to be like a province with the status of a republic just like Kosovo was during a certain period of time.
The ultimate aim is that if this is not respected, Albanians would ask through the contact group, unification of this territory with Kosovo.
Albanian political leaders are very much satisfied with the state of affairs in the central and southern Serbia as they have put under their control the local institutions, they have economic and financial power. They operate freely and without being interrupted in fulfilling their plans to gain a special status for this territory and later to unite it with Kosovo.
Military plans have also been prepared for Central and South Serbia, if additional pressure on Serbian is needed to let Kosovo become independent.
There could be possible fresh fighting in the “Albanian occupied territories”, Macedonia, central and southern Serbia, which according to the Albanian political and military leaders would last for few days, likewise fighting that could last from seven to 12 months are foreseen in north-western Greece.
The “great Albanians” HQ for operations in central and south Serbia is based in Gnjilan, at the command of KPC.
The war plans of Albanian separatists for the central and southern Serbia foresee fierce actions and spread of the conflict with the only aim to cut off the 10th corridor and put it under their control.

Cutting off, the 10th corridor is of crucial importance for the Albanian strategists to present their objectives to the international community, to define the Albanian status in the three municipalities in the southern Serbia.
The content of this plan which would be put in place if additional pressure on Serbian is needed is to apply more pressure on Serbian through international community to demilitarize this part of the Serbian territory.
In case, Albanians, cut off, the 10th corridor, international community would give the green light to Serbia to take action and unblock this very important international route, but under the condition to engage a limited number of police and soldiers that would be under a strict supervision of monitors.
In this case, Albanian strategists foresee that their forces would defeat Serbian forces and they will be victorious.
They will win this battle through the manpower and the modern technology and weapons, thanks to the support that would come from western security and intelligence services.
The ultimate goal of the Albanian strategists in their war plan is to keep the 10th corridor blocked as long as possible, make it impossible for Serbian forces to unblock it, so when under heavy pressure from media, they would hand it over to international forces, which from Kosovo would be deployed to central and southern Serbia.
In front of TV cameras, Albanian terrorists would hand the 10th corridor over, on condition of complete withdrawal of our forces from central and southern Serbia and put Presevo, Medvegje and Bujanovac under NATO and EU protectorate.

Albanian separatists and terrorists do not have sufficient forces to launch large scale actions in central and southern Serbia, but, through sporadic actions if that is seen necessary to raise tension and influence the Albanian population.
Most of the extremists from the former Liberation army for Presevo, Medvedje and Bujanovac, are based in Kosovo, in Gnjilan and the villages along the administrative boundaries with Serbia.
The leading authority of activities of the Albanians from central and southern Serbia, based in Kosovo is the “Association of expelled people from western Kosovo”- “VATRA”, which is backed by the “Council for integration of eastern Kosovo Albanians” in so called Presevo valley.

At a November, 2005 meeting, held in Gnjilane, the representatives of this associations and Albanian political leaders from “eastern Kosovo”, agreed that regardless of the Serbian propaganda, Independence of Kosovo remains their priority, for which they will apply strong pressure on the Serbian authorities. They consider this as a great help to their Albanian brothers in Kosovo.
In a letter to Albin Kurti, “Council for integration of eastern Kosovo Albanians” warns that they would have to options if eastern Kosovo Albanians are left in the lurch:
To either take up arms and fight again, or they will completely leave and move to Kosovo.

Seeing that Albanian military- terrorist leaders do not have sufficient manpower from central and southern Serbia, a group of 20 terrorist specialists was sent to that part of Serbia an d now is located somewhere in the area of Velikog Ternovca.
The duty of this group is to observe, recruit, train and arm new terrorists from the eastern Kosovo and launch terrorist actions when receive orders from Kosovo and await support from ANA and KZK formations from Macedonia.
They would be supported also by Islamic extremists like vehabi who since one year of their operation in that territory have managed to strengthen their positions.

For the Albanian military/ terrorist actions in the central/southern Serbia, is assigned “Adem Jashari” division which is one of the four divisions of “Albanian National Army” based in Gnjilane.
So, central and southern Serbia would be next after independence of Kosovo and creation of “Union of Albanian States”, or the “Great Albania”.
If this anti civilization, war project is implemented then the key word for the Balkans in the time ahead of us would be: extremism, terrorism, crime and war instead of peace.
Is this the European future for Balkans?

ITALY-SPAIN-KOSOVO

Frattini: Spain should have consulted NATO
MADRID, March 30 (Tanjug) - Spain should have consulted its NATO allies before deciding to withdraw its soldiers from Kosovo, the Italian Foreign Minister Franco Frattini stated on Sunday.
Unfortunately, they have already made a decision and we are sorry about that, Frattini said in an interview for the Spanish daily ABC, adding that it is not yet the moment to pull out from Kosovo.
He underscored that KFOR will stay in Kosovo for as long as it is necessary, in order to overcome the tensions that still exist there.

UNMIK-PERSONNEL-IVANKO

Ivanko: UNMIK to reduce number of personnel in Kosovo to 500
LONDON, March 30 (Tanjug) - The UN Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) will additionally reduce the number of their personnel till summer, so that about 500 of their employees should remain there, UNMIK spokesperson Alexander Ivanko confirmed on Monday.
In an interview with BBC, Ivanko said that UNMIK did not govern Kosovo any more, and that the body's role had been transformed into the role of a rapporteur and political observer that should follow the events there.
Following the demands of Pristina that UNMIK concluded its mission, Ivanko pointed out that it was the UN Security Council that reached decision on the start or end of a certain mission of that world organisation.
The UNMIK spokesman said that should the parties involved in the issue reach agreement on something like that, the UN Mission would be able to open its offices in abroad as well, in the countries which had not recognized the unilateral independence of Kosovo.

SPAIN-NATO-KOSOVO

Spain to withdraw troops from Kosovo in agreement with NATO
BRUSSELS, March 27 (Tanjug) - Spain and NATO concurred that the withdrawal of Spanish soldiers from Kosovo should be carried out in agreement with the rest of NATO member countries which have staff within the KFOR structure, the NATO Alliance spokesperson Carmen Romero has stated.
Both sides agreed that the new deployment will be conducted in a coordinated, progressive and flexible way, Romero said on Thursday, after a one hour meeting between NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer and Spanish Defence Minister Carme Chacon.
At a meeting evaluated as constructive, Chacon explained Madrid's decision to pull out its 630 soldiers. Scheffer reiterated that he will respect that decision.
Romero, however, did not specify whether Spain has determined the dates when it will start and complete the withdrawal of its troops.

RUSSIA-LAVROV-BAN

Lavrov and Ban on UN role in Kosovo
MOSCOW, March 27 (Tanjug) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov confirmed on Friday Moscow's fixed attitude on the necessity to strenghten the role of the United Nations in resolving current international problems and highly appraised the UN's contribution to peace and stability.
At the meeting between Lavrov and the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, one of the topics was the role of the World Organization in Kosovo-Metohija, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
Speaking about the UN Security Council session on Kosovo held on March 23, the Russian Foreign Ministry official representative Andrei Nesterenko reiterated that Moscow will continue to insist on sustaining the Council's crucial role in resolving the issue of Kosovo-Metohija, in accordance with the Resolution 1244 and by honouring the interests of all ethnic groups in the province.
Nesterenko underscored that the UN Secretary General's report is altogether objective and that it reflects the image of the state in Kosovo, with the exception of the point that the situation in the province is relatively peaceful.
The characteristic thing is that, compared to earlier years, the reason for the considerable reduction of the number of returned Kosovo refugees is precisely the absence of security conditions, Nesterenko said, adding that a complex social-economic situation only makes matters worse.

ROMANIA-SERBIA-SAA

Tadic welcomes support of Romania, Basescu for SAA
BUCHAREST, March 27 (Tanjug) - Romanian President Traian Basescu said in Bucharest on Friday, after talks with Serbian President Boris Tadic, that Serbia has met all the necessary conditions for the implementation of the Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA).
In keeping with this stand, Bucharest strongly advocates the soonest possible implementation of the SAA and the association of Serbia and the European Union (EU), Basescu told the Serbian president.
Serbia has met all the necessary conditions for the implementation of the SAA, Basescu told a joint press conference after talks with Tadic at the Presidential Palace, as quoted by the Romanian state news agency.
Speaking at the joint news conference, President Tadic said that Serbia will never give up its integration with Europe, but pointed out that it will never recognize the independence of Kosovo, either.
Tadic thanked his Romanian counterpart for the decision that Romania will not recognize the independence of Kosovo, and for the support extended to Serbia in the integration processes with Europe.
On the first day of President Tadic's two-day visit to Bucharest, the two presidents also conferred on economic issues. The Serbian president pointed out that the Romanian port of Constanza is of particular importance for Serbia, and said the Rhine should be linked with the Danube and the Black Sea.
The two presidents also discussed the position of the Romanian national minority in eastern Serbia.
Tadic pointed out to his Romanian counterpart that the rights of the Romanian minority are respected and that their position is improving, the Ager Press agency said.
The Serbian state delegation includes Deputy Premier and Interior Minister Ivica Dacic and Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic.

The MP badge is totally same for each category (soldiers, NCO's and Officers), because if you are MP, rank is always behind your duties and authorities.

ADHERENCE TO THE OBJECTIVES OF THE NATIONAL POLICY

During XVIII century, Serbs had fought the Turks jointly with the Austrian army on both sides of the Turkish border, and imprinted in their memory lay the 20-year Austro-Hungarian rule over Belgrade and the northern parts of Serbia. Neither had paled the memory of the promise made after the Treaty of Swistowa between Austria and Turkey that the Belgrade pashaluk would be divided into 12 nachia/regional principalities, with one supreme principle as a guarantee of autonomy, all this being the same the Serbs had been used to during the Austrian rule. Numerous demands and complaints made by Serbs of Turkish usurpations and were filed to the Sultan. Fearing new uprisings, Porta ordered reforms and administrative revision in Bosnia; however, it did not succeed in imposing these fermans upon agas and janissary corps in Serbia. Serbs on different occasions made a total of 33 requests, five of which pertaining to relations with spachias (landowners) and obligations on land. The Serbs demanded autonomy just like their fellow patriots made the directed the same requests to the Austrian Emperor at the Temisvar Council in 1790. The Serbs in Temisvar emphasized that a nation without autonomy is no nation.

As for the European powers, they tried to see their own strategic interests and then strike.
THE CORE OF INDEPENDENCE AND STATEHOOD

As the armed struggle progressed at the territories where Serbs lived, they gradually became aware of the core of their statehood. The idea of Serbia would emerge only as a result of uprisings and the transformation of struggle for autonomy within Turkish domains into a struggle for independence. This transformation occurred in 1806 following great Serbia victories: namely the victories over the Turkish army at Ivankovac, Misar and Deligrad as well as the siege of Belgrade gave the uprising an international tone as it then became a front line for the great powers of those times. The rebels not only defeated the Turkish army, but also inadvertently Napoleon himself who equipped and instructed the Turkish army to strike from three sides, and who saw every withdrawing of the Turkish army as the advancement of Russia. Though allies in ideology, Austrians also fear Russian intentions. Russia preferred to see the Balkan peninsula divided and the Serbian uprising as an incentive to Greek Liberation Movement. Unaware of the rules of top politics, as early as February 1806 Serbs appealed to the Russian Tzar to support their right to the national state in the Balkan provinces where they could rise the army of up to 200.000 men. Though almost illiterate and uneducated in military profession, Serbian leaders recognized the importance of strategic factors, the role of the army and security challenges of those times while making decisions.
After their refusal to accept the terms of Russian-Turkish Treaty, the Serbian army suffered defeat in 1813. Russia, which was in expectation of another invasion of Napoleon, signed an agreement in Bucharest, which was rather indefinite for the Serbs.

It was up to them now to agree with the Turks on tax rates and the sale of weapons. The Turks were to reestablish the former garrisons. The hajduks (outlaws also freedom fighters) were allowed to flee to Russia and Germany, while Russia designated Austria as the protector of Serbia’s autonomy, the country whose Chancellor supported the Ottoman Empire. At the national assembly in Kragujevac, where the elders refused this offer, it was stressed that “this land belonged to our forefathers and that we have redeemed it with our blood”. If a Russian has promised the Turks fortifications, he will have to deliver them some other fortifications”.
The commitment of soldiers and the commanders till the last moment, their bearing in face of a much more numerous enemy, the Turks would remember well. The very thought of this and the possibility of seeing this again made the Turks yield later on. When the new uprising broke out in 1815, they were readier to yield.

During the uprisings the Serbian army was of the national character. The leaders of the Serbian army drafted farmers only when a battle was ahead. They provided equipment and weapons themselves. In addition to this mass of fighters drafted on call, during the first Serbian revolutionary statehood there were standing regiments of skilled and armed lads who were paid for their service. They were called becari or lads, and thy served as some sort of security for the Duke Kardjordje and other dukes. They protected fortifications and secured borders.
Duke Milos following the Second Serbian Uprising disbanded the army but it was not disarmed. Though it was not until King Milan cancelled this Swiss system of armed reserve corps, the peasants of Timok Krajina refuse to lay down the arms and start an uprising which the standing army would soon suppress.
RUSSIA’S INFLUENCE

19 century was a century marked by upgrading the system of national but also of the standing army in the autonomous Principality and later Kingdom of Serbia. The army kept abreast of times with the then current European experiences, economical powers.
The Serbian effort to organize an adequate standing army will be opposed by Austria and the Ottoman Empire. On the other hand, the already attained autonomy was not certain, and without the armed forces and military organization, the idea of further struggle for independence was inconceivable.
With the Yedren Treaty (1827-1829), Russia gained patronage over the Serbian Army, so and thus had its impact on the Serbian Army. A small army after its won army was organized by Russia, active officers were from Russia, Russian laws and exercises were introduced. In the period 1830-1835 an infantry battalion, equine squadron and a gun battery were formed. The first group of 12 youths was sent to Russia to be educated as officers. The first Law on the Establishment of Garrison Army was adopted in 1838. The army fell under the competencies of the Ministry of Interior Affairs.

By the end of 1847 the standing army of Serbia barely totaled 2.438 officers, professional military members and soldiers. The infantry was augmented by another battalion consisting of four companies.
Austria did not favor Serbia’s growing statehood and its Army’s. In 1860 junior Serbian officers came from the Austro Hungarian Army into Serbian Army. Also other civilians, mostly Slovenians, doctors, engineers, musicians and branch officers, came into Serbian Army. In 1867, Serbia adopted the Law on Accepting foreign Officers.

But it was France that had a predominant influence on the growth of the Serbian Army, while Prussia had less influence following its victory over Napoleon III. As to the military theory it was based on the thoughts of German military writers, who still kept Napoleon’s military thought alive.
MODERNIZATION AFTER THE FRENCH MODEL
It was no longer possible to improvise with infantry and artillery. An idea of a modernized army was promoted by the most distinguished Serbian politicians and soldiers of those times. All these ideas as well as his experience gained in his later education in France and Vienna general Milivoje Blaznavac passed on to Garasanin as well as the idea of opening the Artillery School ( Military Academy). On the other hand, the vested interests of France in Serbian Army because of the Crimea War led to close cooperation on building a gun factory and on staff education. Then created relations would lead to appointing a Frenchman Hippolyte Monden (1861-1865) Minister of the Army Ministry, who was charged with making a complete study on Serbia. However, it should be noted, that the idea of military professional leading the army followed the death of Duke Milos as in his exodus of the Karadjordjevic dynasty he banished the most distinguished modernization promoters, Blaznavac being among them.
NEW MINISTRY
It was Monden who actually established the Army Ministry, and under his competences fell the Ministry of Civil Engineering as bridges, roads, water supply systems and later railway system were a prerequisite in all European countries for mobilization and military operations. Monden’s right hand was Blaznavac. Russian Laws and Regulations were substituted with French or were somewhat tailored to suit Serbian circumstances. Pension funds for officers and NCOs were established, health care service was reorganized, and horse breeding as a prerequisite for raising the army was improved. The Serbian Assembly adopted a Law on National Army. Only the French posit their trust in this army of 100-150.000 soldiers who had reports from Monden as well as experiences in Crimea wars and Garribaldy’s operations. The national army, now equipped with numerous artillery weapons, made visible progress thanks to nation’s zeal.
The Serbian officers’ complaints of the Russian command and of armaments, and of the lack in professionally trained active NCOs and active commanding officers, resulted in an increase in the number of cadets in schools, in establishing a wider peace keeping formation. Following an imposed war on Bulgaria in 1885, King Milan became the military commander in chief and initiated the most important reform which will set foundations for future liberation wars in the period 1912-1918.
In all periods, it was of paramount importance for the strengthening of the Serbian Army for the ruling dynasty and the most prominent political factors to agree. In the periods marked by the domination of political factors over the army and its needs it was sometimes difficult to make even the crucial demands pertaining to army.

A prominent place in the tradition of the Serbian Army the following leaders had: Kardjordje, Duke Milos, Hajduk-Veljko, Tansko Rajic. The units which bore the names of these champions of Serbian people on their flags never disgraced them.

As for the European powers, they tried to see their own strategic interests and then strike

Well this was the point...that's why Russia and other countries were against NATO bombing, because Kosovo Independence will have a side effect's in the world..now kurd's can say-hey when albanians do it what are we waiting for??

The same is for Palestinian, for north ireland for baskia...

Kosovo has, and always will be Serbian, one day it will return in Serbian hands, how?
True...it was Serbian and by international Law it still IS-resolution 12-44 in UN.

But the problem is that genocide is done,so now Serbians become refugee in their own land(just like Macedonians after Balkan wars and Greek Civil war..)

Quote:
Europe and America have betrayed their Serbian brothers and sisters.
No they just wanted to create a black hole in Europe(they never considered serbian's as a brothers and sisters) ..after the war in Kosovo the albanians did the same in Macedonia(2001)... after serbian army left Kosovo USA build the Largest military base after decades.

What is far more important(gives the religious flame) the Albanian terrorist destroyed a centuries old churches in Macedonia... the same was done in Serbia even more intense(in Kosovo i think over 150 churches were destroyed and when serb's were trying to rebuild the terrorist were doing the same-destroy it again),so now they are building mosque's...there was also ethnic cleaning or in another words the Serbian's had to left their Homes(in Kosovo)or else they would be killed just like Macedonians(tetovo, many vilages),currently with KSA money there is STRONG Radical propaganda in Kosovo(not only Saraevo-Bosnia)And now as i can see they are doing the same in Macedonia...and note thisthere is not even ONE muslim who does not hate Israel as a state and also ANYTING non-muslim(as i can see in Macedonian Forums, and i try to explain but...)even the turkish minority in Macedonia is becoming Radical together with albanian's.

So How will the serbian citizen return in Kosovo, and live there but without fear that one night his house will burn(this is true..many Macedonian houses are burned so now they can't go back...the same pattern was and still is used in Kosovo_and Serbians who rebuild their houses are under life threat and i know example from aracinovo in Macedonia-they were burning the houses, the churches and even shooting at anyting non-muslim..now in aracinovo there are no Macedonians....the same is Done in Serbia and NATO was watching and did not do anyting to HELP to innocent serbian population.

I do want to mention one thing.

Back then (WWII), Albanians generally did defend their Jews (Bosniaks,Croats not so much). In fact, there are many writings on this issue (look them up). Things have changed though with Saudi money pouring in and really radicalizing many (they used to be very very secular, look up Enver Hoxha).

Just wanted to point this out.

This doesn't change how things are now, but history is history.

There were many Albanians from Albania proper who did defend and even hid Jews away from the Nazis during WWII, God bless those who did this.

The Albanians did have some evil leaders who even back then had started the dark path that we see today. The Kosovo albanians are ussually descendants of the ottoman invaders, some Turkish or semi Turkish and they see themselves as the pitiful victims of the Serbs, whatever be the tactics the Serbs used they were fighting the KLA (Kosovo Liberation Army) a group that trained with Bin laden and was listed as a terrorists group, but then removed as such by then President Bill Clinton so that America could send weapons to them........

"We make our own monsters" like Bin Laden, Saddam, the KLA we need to stop fattening up the jihadists that will fight us tomorrow.
