Question fitness

What us the standard level of fitness is required in order to train to serve in a combat unit?

We have different standards numerically, but the standard is supposed to reflect a similar level of training for women as for men.

Sorry, people, but if you didn't notice, there are actual differences between men and women- if there weren't...there wouldn't be people. Not being "politically incorrect" just telling the truth- we aren't the same.

Fitness is very good and necessary to our health because when the person fit then its all work doing well and power develop to the this person, the exercise is best to the fit, gym is best exercise to fit and running also very important role to the fitness and active.

Only exercise is not the best and only way to keep fit. A healthy balanced diet and adequate rest and a healthy lifestyle also are very important and arguably much more important than just physical exercise

Expect army we should physically be healthy in our normal life, we should exercise, walk in morning and do swimming it keep is physically fit.

No doubt exercise can help prevent extra excess weight or help maintain weight-loss. When you engage in exercising, you burn fat.
