Jewish-Serbian Defence Force: Today Kosovo, tomorrow all of Europe

G-d willing, today I will be taping a new youtube video exposing the Croat Nazis and a second new youtube video exposing the Albanian Muslim Nazis.

There is a good chance that the Croats and/or the Albanians will attempt to invade our forum in response to these videos. We have already seen that the Croats and the Albanians regard JTF videos as a big threat to their interests, and they will try to defeat us and to silence us. The Croats and the Albanians are right: we are a big threat to them because if Americans and Europeans see the truth about the Balkans, many average citizens will start to support the heroic Serbs and that can eventually affect U.S. and European policy.

The Croats and the Albanians are better organized than we are and they outnumber us. So this will not be an easy fight.

If there is another invasion, they probably will attack this Save Serbia section for obvious reasons. Our admins should be ready to ban any invaders or attackers as quickly as possible. But because of different time zones and other factors, sometimes our admins cannot respond immediately. That is no reason to panic. If anything, the Croats and the Albanians are the ones who should be worried because Americans and Europeans who see our videos will be exposed to the truth, and the truth is the number one enemy of the Croat Nazis and the Albanian Muslim Nazis.

Not only it will happen to the rest of Europe, but look at what a Palestinian official said recently, that the Palestinians should follow the Kosovo example!

Kosovo has, and always will be Serbian, one day it will return in Serbian hands, how?
Simply because the Kosovars wil either lose it or realize their mistake. You cant see it now ,but God is just and will reward the Just. Europe and America have betrayed their Serbian brothers and sisters. They will learn the lesson also.

The stolen Kosovo Source: Diocese of Ras-Prizren and Kosovo-Metohija

The latest documentary by the Czech public TV titled “The Stolen Kosovo” provokes harsh discussions in the Czech Republic, whose Government decided to declare and recognize, although not without huge the lawlessness perpetrated by the self-proclaimed independence of Albanians by the State of Serbia.
A touching and authentic testimony on the sufferings of Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija all through the 20th century, comprising the first two years of the 21st century, too, the film brings out, through the documented cadres and the creativeness of the Czech authors, just a particle of the horrifying truth on the diachronic felonious activity of the Albanians over the Serbian people, all of which can be described with one word only – genocide on the Serbs.
Observing all the entries describing genocide, put forward in the UN Convention on genocide, one understands that almost all the characteristics mentioned in the Convention have been carried out by the Albanian population over the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija, all throughout the 20th century. They had an abundant help in this by the West during the WWII, and the Communist regime after 1945. In the 90’, the West makes a great come back, offering any help and justification to the felonious extinction of the Serbs by the Albanians.
Countless Albanian crimes over the Serbs during the 20th century are partially witnessed in a book which, after years of work on it, is in print and will be published soon. It brings original documents from the archives of our Diocese, on various Albanian crimes (expulsions, murders, rapes, lootings etc.)
Having all this in mind, one might say he finds surprising the attitude the Serb delegation had during the negotiation process on Kosovo and Metohija, putting carelessly forward an offer to give to the Albanians the broadest possible autonomy, so far not enjoyed by any minority in the world.
Would it be a prize for countless crimes they had perpetrated and still persist in them, crimes against Serbs, their property, their cultural and spiritual heritage? What did the Albanians deserve with this broadest possible autonomy? Might be with the innumerous abundance of their crimes committed and by the systematic eradication of anything Serbian and Christian in Kosovo and Metohija? By this only move, the Serbs actually amnesty all the Albanian crimes, maybe even justify them, and giving them a prize-broadest possible autonomy!
Shouldn’t we, finally, make a question on their responsibility and their felonious activity in the attempt to extinguish the Serb people and eradicate the Christian culture in Kosovo and Metohija, for all those countless crimes committed under the auspices of that, so cunningly named, “international community”, since June 1999, and in fact, just a few western countries, the same countries which headed the pandemonic trimestral bombing of Serbia in 1999, as well as under few decades of communist regime since 1945, the crimes untouchable for the jurisdictional systems of the rulling structures. Only after discussing thesse things one could talk on their rights and privileges.
We are witnesses and contemporaries of promoting on high pedestals the highest values of vassal and capitulatory politics by the coalition Tadic-Kostunica-Dinkic, who conscientiously offer themselves as modern vassals, even not neglecting attempts to impose a noose of vassalage to the state of Serbia. It is not, unfortunately, the first Vuk, whose name will remain written in black letters on the pages of history of Serbia. But, this Vuk is now not only a spokesman, publicly denouncing his readiness to give and to sell, for a handful of dollars coming from EU, the most sublime values and ideals of the Serb people. Hence, most certainly, a bitter taste is left by an open readiness by certain Serbian dignitaries to “accept the new reality” in Kosovo and Metohija and with no other regard rush into the embrace of European Union.
Thus, “The Stolen Kosovo” documentary is significant and can be sobering not only to the Czechs, but to the Serbs, too, and can serve as example and model to all the Serbs active in the field of film art. And European Union through its dignitaries and institutions daily confutes these modern Serbian vassals, who conscientiously and targeting fool the people that Serbia entering to the EU does not mean Serbia’s recognition of independence of Kosovo. By this confutation, the same EU humiliates these vassals in front of their own people, showing by this the importance and place it assigns to them.
The most recent such an example is hoisting the flag of the so-called state of Kosovo in the European Parliament, the body consisting of the representatives of all EU member states, and the statements of EU officials, saying that such an act reaffirms that this body recognized the independent Kosovo.
Observing them in such a light, the statements heard recently in public, saying that a sufficient guarantee, completely calming us down concerning the intentions of EU is changing a few word in the Stabilization and Association agreement really sound very funny. Would these few changed words be more powerful than the everyday declarations and acts of the European officials and institutions? One should not be to smart and far-sighted to be able to make a conclusion on the real intentions of EU.
Emhasizing the need that the State of Serbia finally gets the Serbian Army (and not the Army of Serbia), which would a guarantee of dignity and decisiveness of the Serbia to protect it national interests, as always in its history, we bring you the link to the film “The Stolen Kosovo”. /videoplay?docid=45549480781288 80143&%20

Unesco's new attack against Serbian holy places in Kosovo and Metohija Source: Diocese of Ras-Prizren and Kosovo-Metohija

It is with sorrow and disbelief that the Diocese of Raška and Prizren and Kosovo and Metohija has learned that UNESCO is preparing a new attack on Serbian holy places in Kosovo and Metohija.
In the past several years, in fact ever since the arrival here of the international community in 1999, UNESCO has become notorious for its infamous activities in Kosovo and Metohija. As early as its first missions to Kosovo and Metohija and their official Reports from the field, which were followed by active steps, UNESCO openly and unambiguously took the side of the Albanian minority rebel faction inciting and supporting its illegitimate aspirations for seceding from Serbia.
UNESCO’s entire activity was characterized by efforts to take the care for Serbian cultural heritage in Kosovo and Metohija from the hands of the Serbian people and to transfer it to Albanian institutions in Priština. This process went hand in hand with the tendency to rename Serbian cultural and spiritual heritage designating it “Kosovan,”or “Kosovar” or “Bysantine” or “Balkan.” It was also accompanied by publishing propaganda materials often passed around at international conferences organized by UNESCO and that other UN organization -– UNMIK. These materials, trading in untruths and falsifications falsely represent Serbian cultural heritage as Albanian or Roman Catholic or anything but what it really is, namely Serbian.
Even the feeble attempts of UNESCO’s experts in the field, such as restoration works on Bogorodica Leviška in Prizren, have proved o be a complete fiasco. However, they did serve the purpose of showing that we are dealing here with mere manipulations and politically motivated actions designed to promote the process of taking Serbian cultural heritage out of the hand of the Serbian people and sugar-coating the transfer of this heritage into the hands of Albanian institutions in Priština with a view to creating a new state of affairs in this phantom state of “independent Kosovo.” (A reminder: after the unilateral proclamation of independence on February 17 2008, these Priština institutions have ceased to be legitimate.)nited
UNESCO’s behavior was in complete accordance with the general policy of the so-called international community, which is nothing more than a few western countries, whose activities, beginning with the preparation for bombing and then the bombing itself, through the years of international administration, represented by UNMIK and KFOR, have always been directed towards one single predetermined objective, namely – the dismemberment of Serbia and robbing a sovereign state and a member of the United Nations of a part of its integral territory.
A most recent illustration of this is the illegitimate agreement signed by UNESKO and UNMIK in January 2007 on the transfer of restoration and conservation activities related to Serbian cultural heritage, which is to be financed by the State Department, without any consultation with, or participation of, the owner and keeper of Serbian holy places. Regrettably, a thankless role was played by the UNESCO Serbian mission in Paris.
It is not difficult to imagine what the historical consequences of such a shameless act as stealing the cultural heritage from a nation will be or how this act will affect the identity of that nation, in this case the Serbian nation, its inner self and its survival on the stage of history. It is a conscious and calculated attack on the very foundations of spirituality and the inner being of the Serbian nation, on everything that makes it recognizable in history, everything that has kept it safe on its journey between all the Scyllas and Charybdese of this world.

This inevitably brings us to the process of renovation of the Serbian holy places which were destroyed in the pogrom perpetrated against the Serbs on March 17, 2004 and which are now being rehabilitated in accordance with the Memorandum on Rehabilitation signed by the Serbian Orthodox Church and Albanian institutions in Priština in 2005. This process is characteristic of the position of the international community described above and, in addition, has proved catastrophic in its execution on the ground and yet it continues to be implemented thanks, unfortunately, to the support given to this ruinous policy of the so-called international community by a segment of the Serbian Episcopate.
In view of the fact that in spite of many attempts to implement the above-mentioned restoration and conservation policy in Kosovo and Metohija, UNESCO was unable to make much headway in this area, and we are now witnessing the newest attack of this agency on Serbian cultural and spiritual heritage —this time with the help of the expertise and financial resources of Russia, which would act within the framework of UNESCO’s project and plans.
According to published information, it is planned to include “Russian architects, construction engineers and art historians” in the project. Russia is to provide “the necessary organizational and expertise resources,” and to work under the auspices of the UNESCO project.
Remembering the fiasco of the rehabilitation process under the Memorandum and its catastrophic ineptness both from the political point of view and because of the unacceptable quality of work produced, the Diocese of Raška and Prizren and Kosovo and Metohija expresses its resolute opposition to UNESCO’s newest idea, as well as to its attempt to ignore agreed procedures with a view to implementing its programs in the now “independent” Kosovo. The Diocese also remains firm in its well-known position that any rehabilitation process related to the holy places in the domain of the Diocese of Raška and Prizren and Kosovo and Metohija, as well as any inclusion of international institutions in the rehabilitation processcan be carried out only in accordance with principles set forth and defined by the Diocese.
So far, the incursions made by UNESCO into the area of conservation of Serbian cultural heritage and the models of its engagement therein do not augur well for future collaboration in this area.

Serbs 'were killed and their organs were sold' Source: Relligious Intelligence

By: Marcus Papadopoulos.

The former Chief Prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTFY), Carla Del Ponte (pictured), has revealed that in 1999 Serbs in Kosovo were abducted, killed and then had their organs removed and sold abroad by members of the former Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA). According to Del Ponte’s new book, The Hunt: Me and War Crimes, it is claimed that both the former chief prosecutor and her team of investigators were informed that 300 Serbs were abducted and taken to prison camps in northern Albania where the younger ones were picked out, killed and then had their organs removed for trafficking in various parts of Europe.

The Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade, Serbia, has commented that it has received “informal statements” from investigators working for the ICTFY that Serbs and members of Kosovo’s other ethnic minorities were killed by the former KLA for the purposes of organ trafficking.

The spokesman for the prosecutor’s office, Bruno Vekaric, said these allegations would be investigated and he added that there may be evidence to suggest that mass graves containing the bodies of these victims are located in Albania.

According to the Russian news channel, Russia Today, the former head of the intelligence service of the Yugoslav Army during the war in Kosovo from 1998-1999, General Mamir Stayanovich, stated that in the same locations where Serbs were killed for their organs, “they [the KLA leadership] decided amongst themselves what each commander of the KLA would have after victory. They decided who would make money from drug dealing, who from weapons, and who from selling body parts.”

Stayanovich contends that the present Prime Minister of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci, was involved in these activities.

The authorities in Pristina, the Kosovan capital, have denied the allegations. There are, however, more than 2,000 Serbs listed as missing in Kosovo, and Del Ponte’s revelation will help to augment previous assertions made by Belgrade that the former KLA was a terrorist organisation responsible for appalling acts of violence against not only the Serbs of Kosovo but also against members of the former Serbian province’s other ethnic minorities.

The interview with Bishop Artemije, the highest authority of the Serbian Orthodox Church in Kosovo and Metohija: “We do not recognize Pristina independence, we don’t want to be considered either community or a minority in our own land.
We remain here, in spite of the violence, to witness our faith and the truth in the Serb enclaves, where the Serbs live like in concentration camps.

Kosovo prelude to Georgia?

Source: The Washington TimesJames George Jatras
Sunday, September 7, 2008

In anticipation of Russian President Dmitry Medvedev's recognition of the independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia, President Bush said "Georgia's territorial integrity and borders must command the same respect as every other nation's."

Critics of Russia's action include Sens. Barack Obama, Joseph Biden and Joseph Lieberman; Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice; former United Nations Ambassador Richard Holbrooke; and many others in the bipartisan establishment.

Among the specific criticisms are Russia's violation of the sovereign territory of Georgia, a fledgling democracy and a member of the United Nations; a disproportionate response to Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili's attempt to settle South Ossetia's status by force, including Russian military operations well outside of South Ossetia; and Moscow's tardiness in withdrawing its forces under a deal brokered by French President Nicolas Sarkozy.

Evidently irony is not much appreciated in Washington. It seems critics have forgotten President Bush's recognition of the independence of Kosovo, a province of democratic, U.N. member Serbia. President Bush's reference to "every other nation" whose "territorial integrity and borders must command the same respect" apparently has at least this one exception. If he can violate the United Nations Charter and the Helsinki Final Act, which guarantee sovereign borders, what right does he have to accuse others of doing the same?

If Moscow stepped over the line in its crushing military response to Mr. Saakashvili's offensive, what do we call 78 straight days of NATO's bombing throughout Serbia, destroying most of that country's civilian infrastructure? If Russia is to be faulted for imperfect implementation of the Sarkozy agreement, what can be said about Washington's violation of U.N. Security Council Resolution 1244, which ended the 1999 Kosovo war and reaffirms Serbian sovereignty in the province?

The standard reasons cited for making Serbia an exception to the rule we demand in Georgia is that NATO intervened to stop genocide of Kosovo's Albanians and that they will never again accept being part of Serbia. But after the war actual casualties among all ethnic groups - whether by military action, atrocities committed by both Serbs and Albanians, and the toll of NATO's bombing - proved to be far fewer than those cited in justification for the war. Compared to South Ossetia's much smaller population, mutual accusations of genocide against South Ossetians and Georgians, respectively, are proportionally larger than those at issue in Kosovo. And are South Ossetians and Abkhazians less adamant that they will not submit to Tbilisi's rule than Kosovo's Albanians are with respect to Belgrade?

It also should be kept in mind that Kosovo's legal status is very different from that of entities in the former Soviet Union. Under the Yugoslav constitution - the same authority that justified the secession of Croatia, Slovenia, etc. - Kosovo, part of Serbia since before Yugoslavia was formed, has no legal claim to independence. In contrast, the 1990 Soviet law on secession - which was the legal basis of the independence of Union Republics such as Georgia - required that autonomous entities within their borders be allowed, via referenda, to remain in the Soviet Union, and by extension its successor, Russia.

Thus, while Kosovo's status as part of Serbia is unquestionable, South Ossetia and Abkhazia can make a good case they were part of Soviet Georgia but never the current independent state of Georgia. (The same would apply to Transdniestria with respect to Moldova and Nagorno-Karabakh with respect to Azerbaijan. When will they follow suit?)

By trashing the accepted international "rules of the road" on Kosovo, Washington has created what amounts to the rules of the jungle. Each power acts as it will, either to suppress restive minorities or to compromise other countries' borders: The United States tries to force Serbia to accept Kosovo's independence and pressures other countries (without much success) to recognize it; Georgia tries to subdue the Ossetians and the Abkhazians and fails; Russia moves to establish the Ossetians' and Abkhazians' independence and now also will try to secure wider recognition. In turn, the U.S.-supported separatist Kosovo Albanian administration itself threatens a miniature version of Mr. Saakashvili's South Ossetia offensive to subdue Serbian enclaves, where the remaining one-third of the province's prewar community finds refuge. Where does the logic of "big fish eat little fish" end?

In Kosovo, Washington sowed the wind, and now Georgia has reaped the whirlwind. Only a return to the negotiating table to address comprehensively Kosovo, South Ossetia, Abkhazia and similar trouble spots elsewhere can prevent this malignant precedent from spinning further out of control with incalculable consequences for global peace and security. With each step down this road it will be harder to put the genie of might-makes-right back in the bottle.

James George Jatras is a lawyer and director of the American Council for Kosovo in Washington, an activity of Squire Sanders Public Advocacy, LLC, and Global Strategic Communications Group, which are registered agents for the Serbian National Council of Kosovo and Metohija. Mr. Jatras formerly served as a foreign policy analyst of the U.S. Senate Republican leadership.

Demographic history of Kosovo & Metohia

Decani charter from 1330. contains the detailed census of households and villages within Metohia and north-west Albania, three out of 89 settlements are Albanian, the rest being non-Albanian population, with Serbs representing the absolute majority

The historic and archeological sources from medieval age are enough documented to reveal the ethnic structure of Kosovo and Metohia. We have compiled the shortened version of the demographic data which began changing after the Ottoman occupation.

Decani charter from 1330. contains the detailed census of households and villages within Metohia and north-west Albania, three out of 89 settlements are Albanian, the rest being non-Albanian population, with Serbs representing the absolute majority..

Out of 2.666 peasant households that had houses and agricultural facilities and 2.166 households who were keeping livestock 44 households (1.8%) were Albanian. All the rest were Serbian.

According to Turkish records from 1455, the territory under control of Brankovic dynasty (which covered about 80% of territory of Kosovo) had 480 villages. There were 13.693 adult males, 1285 households, 14.087 heads of families (480 widows and 13.607 adult males).

In ethnic terms: 12,985 Serbian households in 480 town and villages, 75 Aromanian (Vlach) households in 34 villages, 17 Bulgarian households in 10 villages, 5 Greek households in Lausa, Vucitrn, one Jewish households in Vucitrn, one Croatian household.

In the Census of 1487, Vucitrn County had 16,729 Christian househols (412 in Pristina and Vucitrn), 117 Muslim households (94 in Pristina, 83 in rural areas).

Ipek: 68% of Slavs, 121 Christian households, 33 Muslim. Suho Grlo, Metohia: 131 Christan households, 52% Slavs. Donja Klina: 50% of Slavs, Decani: 64% of Slavs. Rural areas: 6.124 Christian households (99%), 55 Muslim (1%).

The data from 19th century is very often contradictory, sometimes it stated the Serbian majority, sometimes Albanian majority. The census data of Ottoman Empire is mainly considered unreliable, given that it is based on religious affiliations rather than ethnic details.

The study of 1838, conducted by Josef Miller, a doctor from Austria, has shown that Metohia is still predominantly inhabited by Serbs. Miller gave details for three cities, Prizren, Pec and Djakovica, which only covers partially the territory of Metohia.Đ”.

Out of 195.000 residents: 73,572 Orthodox Serbs 38 %, 5.120 Catholic Albanians 3 %, 2.308 other non-Muslims (Janjevo); 114.000 muslims (58 %), out of them 38.000 Serbs(19% %), 76.000 ĐĐ»Đ±Đ°ĐœĐ°Ń†Đ° (39 %).

Pec: 11.050 Serbs, 500 Albanians; Prizren: 16.800 Serbs, 6.150 Albanians; Djakovica: has Albanian majority inside the city, surrounded by Serbian villages

The map published by French geographer G.Lejan from 1861 shows that Albanians live on 57% of the territory of the province, while the similar map that was published in 1867 by British travelers G.M. McKenzie I.P. Irbey states a bit less. These maps are not to be used as a reference which ethnicity was the predominant one.

One study from 1871 conducted by Austrian coroner Petar Kukulj for the internal use of Hungarian army states the following: of 500.000 residents, 318.000 are Serbs (64%), 161.000 Albanians (32%), 10.000 Roma and Chercassian, 2000 Turks..

Milos S. Milojevic, who has traveled through the whole region between 1871-1877 left us an evidence showing that Serbs made the majority of the population and were the predominant inhabitants in all cities, while the Albanians were a minority and inhabited mainly rural areas. According to his data, Albanians made the majority only in the south of Drenica (Muslim Albanians) and Djakovica area (Catholic Albanians), while the cities mostly had Serbian population. He also recorded several Turkish, Gypsy (Roma) and Chercassian settlements.

During the war between Ottoman Empire and Habsburg Monarchy 1683-1699, a great number of Serbs migrated towards the North, towards Serbia proper and Austria and Hungary. As a consequence, this space was filled up by mainly Muslim Albanians from higher grounds (Malesi), mostly in Metohia. This process continued during the 18th century.

The change of ethnic composition

The map of Alfred Sped published in 1909 shows that a similar number of Albanisn and Serbs live in the area. However, in 1921, of 439.010 residents, 280.440 (64,1%) are the Albanians

An estimated 400.000 Serbs were expelled from Kosovo vilayet from1876-1901, especially during Turko-Greek war in 1897. The maps by German historian Kippert, J.Han and Austrian consul K.Sachs show that Albanians live in most of todays province of Kosovo, but they don’t show which ethnic group constitutes a majority. According to them, the area around Kosovska Mitrovica and Kosovo Polje is populated mainly by Serbs, and most of the area of western and eastern part of Kosovo is inhabited by Muslim Albanians. According to this statistics that was published in 1899: 182.650 Albanians (47.88%), 166.700 Serbs (43,70%)

British journalist H. Brailsford estimated that two thirds of the population is Albanian, and one third Serbian. Most populated west cities are Djakovia and Pec that have between 20.000-25.000 Albanian households, and approximately 5000 Serbian households.

The map of Alfred Sted published in 1909 states that approximately the same number of Albanians and Serbs live in the area.

. German scientist Gustav Weigand gave the following statistical analysis, based on the state of affairs prior to WWI, in 1912: Pristina (municipality): Albanians 67%, Serbs 30%, Prizren, 63% Albanians, 36% Serbs, Vucitrn, 90% Albanians, 10% Serbs, Urosevac, 70% Albanians, 30% Serbs, Gnjilane, 75% Albanians, 23% Serbs, Kosovska Mitrovica, 60% Serbs, 40% Albanians, Metohia with Djakovica city is claimed almost exclusively Albanian.

The Ottoman Empire conducted one more study, shortly before it fall, in 1912: Christian Serbs 415.300, Muslim Serbs 236.420, Albanians 106.270, Turks (incl. Chercassians and Juruks) 39.050, Roma 12.380, Jews 1.750, Greeks 20

The ethnic structure suddenly changed during the 20th century.

In 1921, of 439.010 inhabitants, 280.440 (64,1%) are Albanians.

In 1938, Yugoslavia and Turkey signed the agreement on moving 200.000 Muslims (Turks and Albanians) to Turkey. Owing to logistic issues, Turkey withdrew from the treaty, there only 4.000 people have moved out.

On several occasions, Serbian authorities attempted to repopulate the province with Serbian Orthodox residents, in 1922 and 1938. About 10.000 families were settled mostly in northern Kosovo, in Kosovo Polje and along the Lab river.

The census data and other sources vary in depicting the ethnic map, therefore, of 552.064 residents, Albanians are estimated to make between 40% and 62%.

Due to the violence in WWII, tens of thousands of non-Albanians are moving to Serbia proper and Montenegro, and the Albanians from Albanian take their place.

Communist authorities lead by president Tito prohibit the return of expelled persons to Kosovo & Metohia, however the new safety measures slow the new forced movement.

Oppression and violence are on the rise again. Official data becomes unreliable, often concealed and forged. The immigration from Albania is getting stronger. The structure from 1971 is as follows: Total 1.243.693 residents, 916.168 Albanians (73,7%), 228.264 Serbs (18.4%), 31.155 Montenegrins (2.5%) 26.000 Muslim Serbs (2.1%), 14.593 Roma (1.2%), 12.244 Turks (1%), 8000 Croatians (0.7%) 920 Yugoslavs (0.1%)

In the census of 1981.overall 1.584,558, Albanians: 1.226,736 (77,42%); 209.498 Serbs (13,2 %); 27.028 Montenegrins (1,7 %); 2.676 Yugoslavs (0,2 %).

The 1991. census was boycotted by most of Albanians, and a smaller number of Roma and Muslims. According to this census, in Kosovo and Metohia there was 194.190 Serbs (10%), 20.365 Montenegrins (1%), 9.091 Albanians, 57,758 Muslims, 44.307 Roma, 10.445 Turks, 8.062 Croatians (Janjevci, Letnica), 3.457 Yugoslavs.

After the wars and ethnic cleansing, rough estimates say that in 2000, in Kosovo and Metohia there is 88% of Albanians (1.584.000-1.733.600), 7% of Serbs (126.000-140.000), 3% of Muslims (54-60.000), 2% of Roma (36-40.000), 1% of Turks (18.000-20.000).

The province is still to conduct the official census. It is important to mention that the estimates of Statistical Bureau from Belgrade and the estimate from its Pristina counterpart differ significantly on the total population and population structure (Pristina estimates total population of 1.800.000 to 2.000.000, while Belgrade only 1.378.980). Seven years after the arrival of NATO forces and UN, there are at least 250.000 expelled non-Albanians that do not live in the province, while the migration from the province as well as modest return take place simultaneously.

Every murder is a crime.
In Kosovo, thousands of crimes have been comitted.
We shall remind you of the most horrifying crimes against Serbs that were commited since 1999.

At the cemetery in Gornja Mahala, at 14.00hrs Panta Dakic(13) has been buried. He was killed along with his friend Ivan Jovovic, and 5 others children have been wounded while swimming in Pecka Bistrica river, after 60 shots were fired on them from Zahac village, which is inhabited by Albanians.

In the Serbian street in Cernica village, at about 19h Miki Petrovic (4), Vojin Vasic (60) and Tihomir Simijonovic (45) were murdered, Petko Vasic and Zoran Stolic were severely injured, and several persons were minor injured, after the Albanian neighbor opened fire from the machine gun. The killer sneaked by the canal towards the victims at the distance of 20 meters. At the moment when he opened fire, people were sitting in front of the store, among them little Miki and other children.
Nobody has been brought to justice for this crime.
This village is multiethnic and so far there was about ten casualties, the church has been blown up, the shelling has occurred countless times, stones were thrown at the automobiles etc

In Podujevo municipality, village of Livadice, the Albanian terrorists have blown up the bus of Nis Ekspres bus company and killed 11 Serbs (2 out of them were children) and wounded 40. Even though several Albanian suspects were arrested upon the investigation there were all released except Florin Ejupi who was directly involved in Albanian organized crime and the structures of former KLA. Ejupi was transferred “for safety reasons” to Bondsteel, American military base, and he managed to escape after couple of days. In its issue dated 29th of July 2001, British “Sunday Times” alleged that UN sources believed Florim Ejupi worked for the CIA and that the eventual trial might embarrass his employers.

False promise

President of Kosovo Ibrahim Rugova expressed condolences to the families of Serbians youths killed in Gorazdevac, Ivan Jovovic and Panta Dakic, trying to assure them that the perpetrators for the assault on children will be brought to justice. "We have strongly condemned the murder of our nearest and dearest. Please rest assured that we will do everything we can to find the culprits and bring to justice the people who are responsible for the murder” said Rugova in the telegram .

The creation of Great Albania

The beginning of the 20th century in the Balkans has been marked with wars, territorial struggle and changes of frontiers, as the great powers were using the Albanian movement for autonomy for their own needs. This was particularly done by the regimes of Italy and Austria-Hungarian Monarchy, and the latter one played the significant role in declaration of Albanian independence, on 28th of November 1912 in Valona. As early as 30th of May 1913, it receives it recognition in the conclusions of London Conference, the new country has been made. That is when the aspirations of a new state start taking its course.

In the Memorandum sent to London Conference participants, on 2nd of January 1913, Albanian prime minister Ismail Kemal warmed that the territory of a future state should correspond to maximized variant of Albanian movement territorial claims and it should incorporate Pec, Mitrovica (both in Kosovo province) as well as Skopje and Tetovo (today in Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia). The demands were not met, and the disgruntled Albanians responded with founding the Committee for defense of Kosovo and Northern Epyrus (Greece). They have begun the lobbying in United States and Europe focusing on their national goal – Albania to Albanians, and to this day they demand the alteration of the borderlines, creating myth of the oppressed Albanian nation..

In 1928, Albania has been declared a monarchy, and its king Ahmet Zogu the king of all Albanians, which meant the aspiration to rule over the Albanians outside borders of Albania. This has caused concern in Belgrade when the new kingdom asked the Yugoslav government to recognize it, on 1st of September 1928. That was a signal that the internal Albanian question is going to internationalize. The French government has agreed. Britain refused to interfere in Albania’s internal affairs, but brought it to the attention of the government of great powers.

The ardent aspirations of cunning Albanians to annex Kosovo and Metohia to the new state were used by great powers in World War I, World War II, as well as in the time of peace. The Albanians, also known as Arbanasi, Arnauti and Shiptars, were causing riots regularly, murdering Serbs and destroying their churches and monasteries. Historical sources state that as much as 150.000 Serbs have been exiled from Kosovo and Metohia from 1878 (foundation of Prizren League) till 1912.

The do not recognize Yugoslavia

Kosovan Albanians never accepted the Yugoslav name, nor Yugoslavia as their homeland. This was pointed out in a letter to Regional Committee of Communist Party of Yugoslavia in 1941, by local secretary for Kosovska Mitrovica, who has stated that the flier calling upon ethnic Albanians to join the partisan movement must not include the word “Yugoslavia” as mentioning this name will drive away Albanians as a whole.

World War II brought to Albanians the protectorate called Great Albania. From 1941 to 1945, this protectorate included Metohia, which was under Italian and German occupation, greater part of Kosovo (with the northern part), eastern areas of Montenegro and western Macedonia. Great Albania was divided into 14 counties, called prefectures, and it was a scene of heinous crimes: 10.000 Serbs have been killed, and about 100.000 thousand have been expelled. At the same time, 150.000 Albanians settled in Kosovo and Metohia. After the liberation, in 1945, communist authorities prohibit the return of the expelled Serbs. In 1945/46, the Albanians were holding all colonist land. Reports from 1946 state that 5.744 families partially lost their land and 1.564 families lost all of their estates. About 2500 families never returned to Kosovo and Metohia..

The Albanians settler from Albania never applied for Yugoslav citizenship, however many of them held high positions in government, and have worked, publicly or secretly, to achieve the Prizren League objective – The creation of Great Albania..

Bujane Conference The findings of Bujane conference, which took place in Albanian village of Bujane from 31st of September 1943 to 2nd of January 1944, have expressed the Albanian separatist agenda. They were 51 delegates taking part in the conference, out of whom there were only seven Serbs and Montenegrins from Kosovo and Metohia, and as much as ten Albanians from Albania. The conclusion of the conference was as follows: the participants feel “the duty to point out the right path” and “the correct path to enable the Albanians of Kosovo and Metohia to unite with Albania is the joint struggle with other peoples of Yugoslavia against the occupier and its quislings”. They have stated that Kosovo and Metohia is the region inhabited mostly with Albanian population, which is always aspiring to become part of Albania..

Communists and Albanian question

The idea of Albanian secession from Yugoslavia, and in turn, unification into one Albanian Soviet Republic, has been established during All-State Council of Communist Party of Yugoslavia, on 25th of November 1924. It has been decided, that Kosovo and Metohija be included into one territorial unit, which, along all other ethnic Albanian territories, would make one whole. Four years later, in a 4th Congress of Communist Party of Yugoslavia in Dresden, it was concluded that the peace treaties made after World War I, left one third of Albanian population under the rule of “Great Serbian bourgeoisie”.

Kacanik constitution

The demands of Kosovan Albanians for the republic were made in 1968, and again in 1981 and 1982. The demonstrations were massive and devastating, especially in Pristina, Vucitrn and Urosevac. Former Yugoslav republics were taking different position towards the issue. The situation in Kosovo and Metohia was deteriorating and the pressure on the remaining Serbs was growing, and the Belgrade government responded with wider-range supervision and the presence of police force. The Albanians responded with a general strike on the 3rd of September 1990, with leaving their jobs and on 7th of September 1990 in Kacanik they passed the constitution and proclamed the Republic of Kosovo.
