Classic Cars?

Dose anyone like classic 60's & 70's cars etc?
If so what would it be.
I love the old 60's Split Screen VW camper.
Why? Well the whole camping thing is my kinda thing and the fact that if I could get my hands on one and do a restoration job on it. It would be worth about $45000 or 30000.Oh and they are "Chick" or "Babe" magnets!! lol

What classic car/vehicle would have and why?

I own a 55 Ford Thunderbird, a 66 VW Bug with a 69 motor and a 53 Chevy PU with a 63 motor in it.

Customized

1949 Bentley Mark VI Standard Steel Sports Saloon

New Bentley engine, dual exhaust, custom wheels, solid Bentley silver, custom interior and wheel in the classic Bentley tan colored leather upholstery.

I saw one pass me on the interstate once. Must have been doing 70 in a 65 mph zone. Purred like a happy kitten too. You have no idea of the kind of woman it apparently attracts but I'll put it this way, she was the only thing more attractive than that car that day. She was the queen in that car and you knew she was enjoying it. *nodd* lol

THAT, is a chick magnet. :)

......My pride and joy is my 1968 Old's Tornado. With a punched out and drilled bowl 900CFM Quadrajet, 305 Mondelo Mechanical cam. Years ago, we pretty much owned all the burn out competitions with it. These days, parts are rare and very expensive, so we only rarely let her run now....Last time she was out, she ate a 2008 Mustang, a 2009 Supra Twin turbo and had a 2006 Corvette for desert....

Nah, this dude screamed "I have money" when he was driving. The chick had beautiful straight brunette hair with dyed blonde streaks in it in a ponytail out the back of the white and red Bentley baseball cap she was wearing.

The image of that chick is still delighfully burned into my retina. I'd have loved to have taken her out for an expensive dinner that apparently she is accustomed to. Down right beautiful woman. :)

I am old and in 1984 I served in Italy, Naples to be exact. I had a Merak and lusted for a Miura. I finally got a 66. Could never drive far cause it was always breaking. BTW I paid 6 thousand dollars for it back then.

Abrams, nice looking goat I bought one new in '65 for $2600.00. It is long gone it got stolen and was stripped when it was found had 104,000 miles on it.

Really do miss that car but don't miss buying the gas for it.
